Learning process

 Lately no serious business is not without system analysts, who play a key role there. If it is a company or institution for development of software, then it is a  communication with the customer, clarify the problem, the choice of optimal ways to solve it, developing a plan of the work, management and coordination of its performers testing of the software which was created and implemented. If it is a company that provides services (bank, clearing business,  e-shop etc.), then it is either the creation of condition monitoring services, or the analysis and optimization of enterprise performance and others. If it is a government agency, then this is a  designing of e-gov (government Ronnie-elect) and / or analysis of data and search options to improve the efficiency of institutions on different criteria. These professionals must possess modern information technologies and methods of data analysis techniques and fundamentals with modern computer systems and devices (including mobile), and be able to design the architecture of informational system design documentation for it and train the customer to work with it. No successful project or company can not be without analysis, which determines the policy of the company, the bank, the introduction of a startup or products, etc., and often is the leader (manager) of the project or department. System analysts have the highest salary in IT. This and other students will be taught in many interesting subjects.

 For the results of training, graduates receive a higher education and a bachelor's degree qualification "Junior System Analyst" and Master's degree in systems analysis. For graduates of Master postgraduate studies in NTB and Specialized Scientific Council for defending the thesis for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.

 Courses and diploma works and projects performed according to institutions and enterprises as Vinnytsia region and other regions of  Ukraine and other countries, including EU and US. Students will be actively involved in research projects, including for a fee. At the request of the UN, the European Commission, UNESCO, the OSCE, the divisions of ministries and agencies, regional councils, regional state administrations, city councils and academic institutions in Ukraine teachers graduating department with students of our university completed more than 70 research projects for the creation and implementation of information systems for automated analysis and handling various kinds of data. Faculty completed courses of analysis and data processing in the United States. All students ensured hostel. There are a private dining room and a health dispensary.

 Graduates of this specialty seek to involve in its activities companies that develop or use different kinds of software, authorities, public and private entities that accumulate large amounts of various information and need to make better decisions quickly  about innovative development, promotion of products on the market for its improvement; banks; news agencies; different companies and institutions, groups and institutions startups, startups teams. Recently greatest need in Ukraine and abroad is just for specialists in information technologies and the need is growing rapidly every year.

 

The results of training graduates receive a higher education and a bachelor's degree qualification "Specialist in Information Technology" and a master's degree in the specialty 126 - "Information Systems and Technologies", preparation for which is also carried out at the Department SAKMIH NTB. Postgraduate studies and specialized scientific council for the protection of the thesis for a Ph.D.

Learning process

Students are taught to create 126 specialty local and networked databases and knowledge, websites, intelligent information systems, expert systems and decision support systems; work across operating systems; program in modern languages: Java, PHP, JavaScript; perform analysis and intelligent processing of data (technology Data Mining, OLAP, etc.) use technology "Internet of Things"; basics of cyber security and systems analysis; create their own startups. Students will be taught in many interesting subjects. For specialization "Applied Information Technology" specialty126 students will be taught  to create web systems and web services; modern technology of information processing in the programming language R; use modern software for working with geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing data, create custom geoportals and web services for processing GPS-data and digital maps of natural and inventories; programmed mobile devices (smartphones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and others.) To automatically monitor and computer processing of data in social networks and Web services; analyze, predict and visualize open data and more.

 Students are actively involved in the scientific research, including for a fee. At the request of the UN, the European Commission, UNESCO, the OSCE, ministries, regional councils, regional state administrations, city councils and academic institutions in Ukraine teachers graduating department SAKMIH with students of our university completed more than 70 research projects for the creation and implementation of information systems for automated analysis and handling various kinds of data. Teachers completed in the United States more than 20 courses in analysis and data processing, creation of startups control UAVs like.

 NTB has 7 dormitories located near densely academic buildings. All students are provided subsequent to the hostel. The dining of VNTU  is located on the campus (lunch at reasonable prices) and a health dispensary.

Teachers in the United States have completed 10 courses of analysis, modeling and information technology processing. This and other students will be taught in many interesting subjects.

  • Improvement of methods and means of mathematical and computer modeling, computational methods, intended for use in the comprehensive study and creation of objects and systems of technical purpose, or the creation of new hardware or hardware-software tools for modeling and computing.
  • Development or development of the theory of mathematical modeling of real phenomena, objects, systems or processes as a set of formalized actions (operations) for compiling effective mathematical descriptions of investigative objects.   • Theoretical and methodological foundations and tools of creation and use of information technologies in various fields of human activity; development of evaluation criteria and methods for ensuring quality, reliability, fault tolerance, survivability of information technologies and systems, as well as principles of optimization and models and methods of decision-making under uncertainty conditions when creating automated systems of various purposes; the study of patterns of construction of information communications and the development of theoretical and applied principles for the construction and implementation of intelligent information technology for the creation of the newest systems of accumulation, processing, preservation of information and control systems.

Groysmani (2010-2014), was a member of the Advisory Committee on Sustainable Energy Efficiency Development at the Vinnytsia City Council (2010-2014), is chairman of the Commission on the introduction of IT into the environmental and environmental management system and the chairman of the Commission on Education, Science and Eurointegration of the Public Council at the Ministry of Environmental Protection. At present, Mokin VB Supervises 5 postgraduate students from the specialties 124, 126, 05.13.06 and 183 on IT subjects for modeling and managing the state of multi-connected systems. Member of 2 specialized academic councils in IT at VNTU (since 2007) and the Institute of Telecommunications and Global Information Space of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (since 2009). Has more than 400 scientific publications, including in specialty 124 (and 126) has published more than 280 publications, including 11 monographs (one for river system management - in English together with Swedes, 2014, there is Web of Science), more than 100 articles in professional editions of Ukraine, in international science-computer databases: 13 articles in Scopus publications (number of citations - 10 ), 7 articles in the Web of Science Core Collection, 284 publications in Google Scholar (the number of citations is 635, the Hirsch index is 11). 2. Candidate of Technical Sciences in the field of 12 (specialty 05.13.06 - Information Technologies), associate professor Yascholt Andriy Ruslanovich - is an expert on the OSCE project on water resources management using IT, taking into account climate change. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Commission on the Implementation of Information Technologies in the Environmental and Environmental Management System of the Public Council under the Ministry of Environmental Protection and under it - the head of the section on the implementation of IT in the management system of nature management. Participated in the performance of almost 20 GDRs, including in the GDR, commissioned by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Vinnytsa and Poltava regional state administrations, Kryvyy Rih City Council, and the departments of the State Inspectorate and the State Agency for Water Supply of Ukraine. He was a responsible executor in more than 10 GDRs, mostly hosts (at the request of the Kherson regional and inter-district water management departments). Author of more than 50 scientific works, including 14 publications in professional editions of Ukraine, 2 monographs. Has 1 article in Scopus and 1 in Web of Science Core Collection, in Google Scholar - 26 publications (citing - 20, Hirsch index - 2). Has 5 certificates of registration of copyrights for works (computer programs). Co-authored with students has 23 publications, was the scientific leader of 7 master's qualification papers. Has the right to scientific management of postgraduate students.

3. Candidate of Technical Sciences in the field of 12 (specialty 05.13.06 - Information Technologies), associate professor Kryzhanovsky Evgeniy Nikolaevich - was a member of the working group on information management from Ukraine in the international project "Dnister III" commissioned by the UN, the OSCE and the governments of Ukraine and Moldova on the development of Internet GIS pool the Dniester River and an expert in the Ukrainian-Swedish project to create a management plan for the river basin of the Southern Bug River. Currently he is a member of the Ukrainian working group of the project "Development of an Information System for Calculating and Forecasting the Water Balance of the Dniester River Basin Based on Climate Change" within the ENVSEC and OSCE Project "Climate Change and Safety in the Dniester River Basin". Has more than 80 publications, about 40 scientific articles, 15 educational-methodical character and 18 certificates of registration of copyright, including more than 15 articles in scientific specialized editions from the list of VAC of Ukraine. He is a co-author of 12 methodical and educational manuals of manuals and 4 monographs. Thanks to the work of graduate students and doctoral students under his supervision were for theft, 29 master's theses and 5 (including in the field of 12 - 8 candidate and 4 doctoral theses). SAKMIH Head of Department, PhD in the field of 12 (specialty 01.05.02 industry "Cybernetics and Informatics"), Professor Vitaliy Mokin, who, for the introduction of information technologies in the environmental area is an advisor to Chairman of the State Water Resources Agency of Ukraine ( 2009 to now), was an adviser to the Minister of environment of Ukraine (2009-2010), experts of the United Nations (2009-2012), the EU (2007-2008, 2011-2012), Ukraine-Swedish project (2009-2014) project Netherlands (2008-2009), in 2014 an expert OSCE project on water management using IT, given climate change was a member of the technical coordination and Expert Council on Informatization at the mayor. Vinnitsa VB Groisman (2010-2014), was a member of the advisory committee on sustainable development of energy efficiency in the city of Vinnitsa Vinnytsya City Council (2010-2014), is the chairman of the committee on the implementation of IT in managing the environment and natural resources and chairman of the committee on education, science and European Integration of the Public Council at the Ministry of Environment. Since 2000 is the head, and since 2006 - scientific co-director of SRL environmental studies and environmental monitoring (EDEM).  Currently, Mokin V. 3 runs postgraduate specialty 122 (05.13.06) on the subject of IT for modeling and management of multiply connected systems. Member 2 academic councils in the field of IT in NTB (since 2007) and the Institute of Telecommunications and Global Information Space of NAS of Ukraine (since 2009). He has 380 publications, including in the field of specialty 124 (and 122) has published more than 250 publications, including 9 monographs (one - with a con-Lynn river system - English, together with the Swedes, 2014, is in the Web of Science), approximately 100 articles in new editions of Ukraine in international databases scientometric publications: 5 articles in journals from Scopus, 3 articles in Web of Science Core Collection, 162 publications in Google Scholar (number of citations - 335 index Hirsch - 8).  3. Ph.D. 12 in the area (specialty 05.13.06 - Information Technology), Associate Professor Andrew Yashcholt Ruslanovych - an expert OSCE project on water management using IT, with changes in climate. Vice-Chairman of the Commission on the implementation of information technology in the control environmental resources management system of the Public Council under the Ministry of Environment and with it - the head of the section on implementation of IT environmental resources management system. He took part in the performance of nearly 20 research, including a research commissioned by the UN Development Program (UNDP), Vinnytsia and Poltava regional state administrations, Kryvyi Rih City Council and departments of The State Ecological Inspection State Water Agency of Ukraine. Was the implementing more than 10 research mainly contractual (as for broadcast Kherson regional and inter-regional water management departments). The author of over 50 scientific papers, including 14 publications in professional journals of Ukraine, 2 monographs. Has 1 article in Scopus and 1 in Web of Science Core Collection, in Google Scholar - 26 publications (citations - 20 Hirsch index - 2). Has 5 certificates of registration of copyright in works (computer programs). In collaboration with students has 23 publications, was supervisor of 7 Masters qualification work.
